If you wish to apply for a nursery place, please download and complete the registration form below.

You can scan and send it by email to miltonhall@hotmail.co.uk. Please sign and date the registration form prior to submission. We will contact you soon after receiving your registration form in order to complete the registration process.

A registration fee of £50.00 (non-refundable) is required on submission of the completed Registration Form.

If you would like to visit the nursery, please call to arrange a visit and we will be pleased to provide you with a guided tour and answer your questions.
